Prices quoted with each design include printed inserts and envelopes. Order of Service includes one printed insert. If you require more than one page i.e. for a full nuptual mass then additional costs shall be incurred - please ask Crafty Cards about these charges.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of placing a wedding stationery order. The balance is due prior to delivery of the completed order.
Carriage is charged at £7.50 per delivery, therefore if order is split (as per customers request) then charges for each delivery shall be incurred. Delivery is via courier on a next-day basis and requires a signature upon receipt. Crafty Cards will contact you once full payment has been received to arrange a suitable address for delivery.
Smaller orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery will have postal costs charged accordingly.
One set of proofs shall be provided for each item ordered and must be signed and returned prior to orders being commenced. Additional proofs shall be charged at cost.
Following receipt of signed proofs, and providing all the relevant details have been give and deposit received, orders shall be completed within the customers own required timescale.
Crafty Cards reserve the right to change specifications should raw materials become unavailable. Major changes shall have the approval of the customer.
Hand made and hand crafted wedding stationery is personal, therefore any order cancellations following the signing of the proof agreement shall have to paid for in full.
Crafty Cards do not accept responsibility for any damage caused during order transit or to individual invitations during the postal process. Where appropriate, Crafty Cards will recommend the use of postal boxes to keep items protected when posting.
Any order placed within four months of wedding date shall incur a £50 express order fee.
We accept payment via cash, cheque (made payable to CRAFTY CARDS), BACS or Paypal.
